Company Creates Bedtime Cereal To Help You Sleep Better

I don’t know about you, but it almost seems like cereal tastes better at night than it does in the morning.

Granted, while most people eat cereal first thing in the morning for breakfast like it’s intended, there are others that like to enjoy it later on during the day.

But if you’re a night cereal enthusiast, you might be excited to learn that there is now a cereal specifically designed to be enjoyed at night – and it can help with sleep as well!

According to a press release, the Sweet Dreams cereal was created by Post Consumer Brands, and it’s made up of whole grains, a “nighttime herbal blend,” as well as various vitamins and minerals such as zinc, folic acid and B vitamins. These are all meant to help facilitate your body’s natural melatonin production.

While the cereal does not contain melatonin, the vitamins and minerals in it are supposed to help your body create its own. It’s not meant to replace any sleep supplements you use, but rather it’s created so you can enjoy it as part of your overall sleep routine.

Of course, many of these vitamins and minerals would be in any regular box of cereal so there is no need to worry if you end up eating it for breakfast.

The Sweet Dreams cereal comes in two flavors. One is Blueberry Midnight, which comes with the flavors of blueberry, lavender and chamomile. The other is Honey Moonglow, which has honey, vanilla, lavender, and chamomile. Both cereals are in stores across the country, and they retail for about $4.48 per 13.5-ounce box.
