Starting with these cute stuffed tomatoes that make for excellent Summer day appetizer filled with the Southern classic pimento cheese spread. Hollow out 16 Campari tomatoes and use a knife to fill them with your favorite cheese spread. I used pimento cheese because it’s my favorite. For dinner we have a marinated grilled pork tenderloin that get’s topped with a refreshing peach salsa with a kick. This juicy pork recipe goes perfect with an herby green rice recipe that is more about technique and avoiding food waste. It’s an absolutely superb rice recipe that turns day old white rice into something new and fresh. Blend up your favorite leftover veggies, make a sauce, and heat up your rice in it. A great technique to use for all future rice endeavors. You’re going to want to watch this one!
