Pudding and Cookie Dessert
Ingredients
- 1 lg pkg instant vanilla pudding
- 1 c buttermilk
- 2 small cans mandarin oranges, with juice
- 8 oz Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 pkg fudge stripe cookies, broken into pieces
Directions
- In bowl, stir together buttermilk and pudding. Add undrained oranges and mix well. Stir in thawed Cool Whip. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Just before serving, break cookies into bite-sized pieces and stir into pudding mixture.
- NOTE: This can also be made with fruit cocktail.
