Baked Blooming Onion
It might not be fried like at Outback Steakhouse, but this blooming onion is still gorgeous! Simply peel and cut off the ends of an onion. Place one side flat on the table and make cuts from top to bottom, stopping about a half of an inch before the bottom. Set the onion in a pan and add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Bake the onion and watch it bloom! You can then add dressing or additional seasonings.

Rose Veggies
Isn’t this so cool? What a fun way to serve up a veggie platter! To make the tomato rose, cut a large tomato in half and cut it into thin slices. Spread the slices out slightly in a line, and then start rolling it up! For the cucumber leaves, cut a cucumber in half lengthwise. Cut a small section of cucumber and make small slits, stopping about a half of an inch before cutting through to the other side. Fan out the slices and place around the tomato!

Apple Swirl
This is so cool! These apples are sure to wow the guests at your next dinner party. Start by cutting three slits around the apple. Then cut triangles starting from the bottom of the slit to the top of the apple. Take out that section and cut into small slices. Place the sliced section back on the apple and fan out the thin slices. Repeat two more times around the apple.
Pepper Eggs
What a fun way to cook eggs! This is such a simple way to step up your breakfast game. Slice some rings of bell pepper and place them in your skillet. Then just add your eggs and let them cook! It’s important that the slices are flat and even on the bottom, or else the egg will leak through.

Blooming Peppers
We just love this way of serving peppers! This would be great to pair with the tomato rose. To get this look, cut the pepper in a zig zag shape all the way around. Then place it in a bowl of water. The skin will separate out, making the layers. From there, just turn it upside down and serve on a plate!
