More About the Class:
Finger foods are those two to three bite creations that can look like tomatoes on a slice of toast or little cucumber sandwiches with a cream cheese filling. Nowadays finger foods can be literally anything you can miniaturize. One of these appetizers are inspired by Bahn mi sandwiches called Mini Mis. A fun take on Bahn mi sliders with a creamy coleslaw topping and a spice marinated chicken thigh. These pillow juicy sliders are a sure fire hit at your next party. Speaking of sure fire hits, monte cristo stacks are a layered cheesy potato and ham appetizer made in a muffin tin. The cheese caramelized around the outside while the ham helps to steam the potato layers. It’s an addicting bite through every layer with an optional fruit preserve topping. Last up are a classic crostini appetizer known as sizzle toast. Sear up some sirloin steak to a medium temperature and slice it on the bias. Lay each slice over a piece of thinly sliced baguette with a dollop of horseradish cream and crumbled blue cheese for a meaty bite that guests will most definitely return for seconds and thirds for. Try these new ideas for party finger foods and you won’t regret a thing!
