When we were kids, a plate full of Oreos and some ice cold milk was the best possible snack that we could imagine. Any worries that we had would melt away as soon as we started dunking.
The best part of all was gulping down the leftover milk that had all of the stray Oreo chunks floating around in it. Thanks to the Oreo Café, you can now revisit the experience all over again.
The 3,500 square foot establishment was recently opened in East Rutherford, New Jersey. Those who visit the American Dream mall are sure to love this one. The young at heart and the truly young are both going to be ecstatic when they visit.
It’s located on the third floor of a candy department store and directly across from the Nickelodeon Universe theme park, in case you are curious. The company announced the news on Instagram:
There’s a treats bar inside, where you can obtain any number of Oreo-themed desserts. What if you could have a waffle cone sundae with actual Oreo chunks embedded in the waffle? That sounds pretty great to us and now this dream can finally become a reality. There’s even a cheesecake layered with Oreo cookie mousse and chocolate roses.
The sky is the limit when you are eating here. You’ll even be able to customize your own personal Oreo-themed creation. For your base, you will have the chance to choose between a waffle, ice cream sandwich, a cone, or a milkshake. There are also 17 Oreo-themed toppings for you to choose from.
Oreo pieces, gummy bears, praline pecans, sprinkles, and many more options are available. For your final topping, you can select from their chocolate syrup, whipped cream or you can have a chocolate or caramel sauce.
There are even secret menu items to enjoy as well. We have been told that we need to be asking for the Oreo Donut S’Morewich. We have no clue what that even is but it sounds legit!
