Chop the chocolate pieces up and roll it up into your cookies before coating your cookie in a sugar crust. There are few better hot beverage cookies than this with it’s crumbly melt-in-your-mouth taste. Last up is a cookie pie that takes the skillet chocolate chip cookie to a whole new place. A pie filled with chocolate chips, potato chips, pretzels, and more. It’s a chewy gooey chocolate chip pie that of course get’s better with a scoop of ice cream.
