  • 2 (8 oz) jars sliced Italian pepperoncinis, drained
  • 8 oz block feta cheese
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Chips for serving
Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Add drained peppers to an 8x8-inch baking dish and season with garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to combine.
  3. Move peppers to edges and place the whole feta block in the center of the dish.
  4. Bake until feta is lightly browned, about 20-25 minutes.
  5. Stir in feta and serve warm with pita chips.
