How To Clean Your Grout Using Household Ingredients

Dirty grout can totally ruin the cleanliness of the whole room. Even if you’ve swept and mopped, the dark dirt that gets stuck in the grout will make the floor look just as dirty as before you cleaned. Thankfully, there’s a little trick to effortlessly cleaning grout that we only wish we’d heard of sooner! The hard water stains, dirt, grime, and mildew that have accumulated within your grout can finally be removed without all of the normal elbow grease and toothbrush scrubbing.

To get started, mix seven cups of water with grab 1/4 cup of distilled vinegar, 1/3 cup of lemon juice, and a half cup of baking soda. Pour it inside of a spray bottle and spray the solution onto the grout. Allow the mixture to sit for about 20 minutes before grabbing a scrub brush and working the solution deeper into the grout.

As soon as you have finished the scrubbing process, it is time to start rinsing the area that has been washed. You can rinse it off yourself or you can wipe down the area all over again.
