Grandpa George has a new listing on Airbnb and it is causing quite a stir. If you happen to be in the area of Bayport, Michigan, you can stay at that home, but you may need to get the cows to move over.
The listing is a House-in-a-Barn, and it is just what it sounds like. The owners of the property, Brian and Lisa, built a house on their 2 acres using their grandfather George’s dairy barn in the process.
According to the listing: “Built in 1956, Grandpa George’s dairy barn has been the source of countless memories for our family.” They went on to speak about how they created the space over a few years that display some of the farm relics and added some modern touches.
One of the guests who stayed at the Airbnb said that it is one-of-a-kind. He likened it to staying in a museum and talked about how the front yard could be used for anything from ping-pong to corn hole.
Sounds like a fun trip to me!
You can book the listing on Airbnb for around $260 per night.
