Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup grated parmesan, divided
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Place chicken breasts in baking dish, then set aside.
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and ½ cup parmesan. Stir until evenly combined.
