Ingredients
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup grated parmesan, divided
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Place chicken breasts in baking dish, then set aside.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and ½ cup parmesan. Stir until evenly combined.
  3. Spoon cream cheese mixture onto each chicken breast and spread to cover the top of each one.
  4. Sprinkle on mozzarella and parmesan.
  5. Bake chicken for 40-45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
  6. Serve hot.
