Costco has always been known for its larger than life deserts. For years, my family would pick up a Pumpkin Cheesecake from the wholesale giant for our Thanksgiving dinner. But last year, Costco replaced it with the Harvest Spice Cheesecake…Which was not very good.
Thankfully, Kirkland brought back their signature Pumpkin Cheesecake for 2019.

The delicious and gigantic cake features a sweet graham cracker crust, rich pumpkin cheesecake, and a spiced sour cream topping. YUM! We aren’t recommending that you put this on your Thanksgiving table, we are telling you to do it.
The Harvest Spice Cheesecake was made with a sweet graham cracker crust, sweet potato, pumpkin, and a brown sugar topping. Basically it’s the same thing minus the sweet potatoes.

The Pumpkin Cheesecake weighs in at just under 5 pounds and has lines to make cutting 16 equal pieces easy. We like how it is precut cause then nobody can argue when my Uncle Larry tries to take too big of a piece.
The Thanksgiving cake is only available for a limited time for $14.99. We are probably going to get two and put one in the freezer to eat by ourselves.
