While it is understandable for parents to choose distinctive names for their children, these names can often cause more problems than expected.
Just ask anyone that you know with a more unique name! They are sure to have lots of horror stories to share. This woman, whose parents named her Cartier Dior Eliasen, has been able to take this interesting moniker and flip it into a more positive thing.

She now posts on TikTok under the name @parisiancowgirl. “My mom naming me Cartier Dior. Me becoming a fashion designer in Paris,” she said on TikTok. “im convinced my life is a scripted tv show and this is reason number one,” she added in the caption. Her mother certainly picked the right name for a child who would end up in the fashion world.
There is no argument to the contrary to be made here. In fact, some might even say that her mother manifested her success when she gave her the name. We love it and we are glad that she didn’t feel compelled to change it at any point in her life. There are lots of people out there who probably would have but not this woman!

She stayed the course and now, she is reaping the benefits. Of course, there were people who had to point out some obvious drawbacks.
For example, one person was sure to remind her that she would never be able to name a brand after herself. Fortunately, the fashion industry is not too big of a stickler when it comes to these types of things.

This story might even embolden parents to come up with equally clever and predictive names for their children. It’s the equivalent of having a child who ends up becoming a basketball star after you named them Jordan Kobe.
Perhaps someone will eventually give birth to a Hollywood movie star named Leonardo Brad. All jokes aside, this is an awesome story and we would urge her not to listen to the naysayers.

These people do not have to walk in her shoes each day. Cartier Dior is an awesome name, regardless of whether she ended up in the fashion industry or not. We just hope that she has taken the time to pay homage to her mother for providing her with such an awesome name.
