If there is one easy, surefire way to go viral, it is by offering people the chance to enjoy some cheap eats.
This woman revealed a pivotal secret. She’s been going to Chipotle and taking home $2 burritos for some time now. She is not hoarding the wealth, either. The clip went viral almost immediately, as everyone wanted to know how in the world she is pulling this off.
We were definitely intrigued, especially in a world where it feels like the cost of everything will not stop rising, no matter how hard we try. 27-year-old Kelsey Lynch of Colorado (@kelseysfoodreviews) is here to show us how.
Her two videos were posted last month but people are still talking about them as we speak. The hack is nowhere near as complex as you would think, either. All she does when she arrives at Chipotle is order a tortilla. From there, she also orders cheese and beans to add to it. This is so simple, we cannot believe that we did not already think of it ourselves.
As for Chipotle themselves, we have to wonder what they are thinking of this video. The company just might end up going bankrupt once everyone figures out that they can do this.
Kelsey did not mean to cause any harm, though. The video shows her actually ordering this combination, in case you thought that she was trying to pull a fast one on the audience.
“Hi, can I get a tortilla, please, with just beans and cheese in it?” she asks. From there, she shows us her receipt, as the total has only come to $2.36.
“Breakdown of the receipt: They always ring it up for me as 2 sides when I order this, which is $2,” she shares in the comment section. That’s an amazing hack and we are very happy that she passed it along.
Kelsey’s sister is the one who is actually responsible for the hack, as well.
