If You Ever Want To Blow People Away, This Is The Dip To Make!

We love standard spreads like hummus and onion dip, but every once in a while it's nice to bring out the big guns and make a dip that's truly outstanding. Whether it's for a group of people you're having over, or for a night when you just want to kick back and enjoy some peace and quiet, this should be at the top of your “To Make” list!

Roasting the tomatoes and garlic is the real key to the delicious flavor here; it adds a slight smoky sweetness that you can't get otherwise and it makes pureeing the tomatoes a breeze. Then we load things up with a ton of our favorite cheeses and some herbs, and pop it in the oven where it all melts and blends together. Paired with some toasted bread, you've got yourself a dynamite dish. We made it the other night and we're already craving it again, so get ready for it to become your new favorite!
