Holidays can be tough from a food prep standpoint. You’ll be getting everything ready to cook and then you realize that you are missing one key ingredient. Or, you might have realized that you will need an extra chair or two to seat all of the family members that are stopping by. Target is known for closing on Easter Sunday, in order to give their employees a well-deserved day off. While we are still waiting for confirmation on this matter, we are going to go ahead and assume that the policy will remain in place this year. We will be getting all of our candy and decorations ahead of time, that is for sure. Why even risk it?
