McGregor prides himself on revolutionizing the whiskey industry and his brand has been a game changer in that regard. As it turns out, being a fan of the beverage goes a long way when it comes time to make some of your own. It should surprise no one that McGregor has already made a name for himself in the world of whiskey.
Of course, he had to issue a bombastic statement about the release that is sure to appeal to all of the whiskey lovers out there. “I’m thrilled to announce the release of Proper No. Twelve Irish Apple,” he said on Instagram. “This new product and its magnificent flavor profile will crush the competition. We have worked on this liquid for years and have combined my award-winning whiskey that my fans know and love with delicious notes of crisp and juicy Irish apple with a smooth finish like no other. Proper No. Twelve Irish Apple is liquid gold and I’d never settle for less.”

Fortunately, 50ml, 750ml, and 1 Liter bottles have been made available all over the country. The Irish Apple looks to build on tasting notes of the 70-proof blend fine grain that Proper has to offer, crafting a perfect single malt whiskey.
It has been mixed with the crisp taste of apple, in addition to notes of oak, brown butter, and warm caramel. The finish is smooth, making for some dangerously easy drinking.
