Halloween is a tradition in many people’s lives, but if you want to take things to the next level, you really need to stay in a spooky home. If you are willing to travel to St. Paul, Minnesota, you can rent one for only $78 a night.

The manor was built in 1883 and it has been a family-owned home for generations. At one point, the Pioneer Press, a local newspaper, voted it as the most mysterious house in the city. You can find the home near downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul.

There has been a lot of work done on the home over the years. It has also been refinished and decorated in order to make it look a little more authentic.

The upstairs bedrooms are accessible from a spiral staircase made from an ash tree. The main bedrooms have high ceilings and windows, along with an attached bathroom. You can enjoy sleeping in the queen-size bed, but if you need extra sleeping space, there is an air mattress available. You can also spend outdoor time in the picnic area and take advantage of the fire pit in the enclosed courtyard.

You don’t have to worry about being alone. Scorch is the nine-year-old Doberman who, according to the owner, “loves to meet people and has become a veteran of Airbnb hosting.” You will also find the owner nearby, and she tries to find the right amount of interaction for every guest. She likes talking, but if you aren’t in the mood, you can always tell her you want to spend some alone time.

You can rent it on the AirBNB website
