McDonald’s China has always grabbed our attention with their innovative dishes.
Once you have had the chance to see this one, you will understand exactly what we have been talking about.
Some may remember the Chili Sundae that China unleashed on the world last year and now they are taking things to a whole new level. This dessert is only available for a limited time only, by the way.
It is centered on an herb that no one would expect. The Cilantro Sundae is made with soft serve vanilla ice cream and the fun doesn’t stop there. The “treat” (if you can call it that) is topped with bright green cilantro sauce. As if this were not enough, there is also a generous bunch of chopped cilantro heaped on.

While it may seem like this sundae would only be appetizing for those who love cilantro and ice cream together, some people have tried it and said it’s not bad.
