You’ll need a good knife, a steady hand, and a little bit of patience to pull off this carving technique. Once you’ve done it, you may never go back to triangular slices again! As always, exercise caution when working with a knife, and to make the watermelon less slippery, consider setting it on top of a dish towel to help with grip.
