Everything Bagel Pigs in a Blanket
With just 4 ingredients, these are super easy to whip up!

Pigs in a blanket are a quintessential appetizer at parties, picnics, and get-together. For those who aren’t familiar, pigs in a blanket usually consist of hotdogs or little smokies wrapped up in dough and baked to perfection. These Everything Bagel Pigs in a Blanket are similar, but we upped the game by adding a kick of everything bagel spice. Check out the video below to see how easy this recipe is to throw together!
Don’t these look amazing? You can serve these tasty treats up with a variety of dipping sauces – mustard, ranch, aioli, etc. If you want, you can even smear on some cream cheese! Anything goes with the everything bagel, right?
To make these delicious pigs in a blanket, you’ll only need 4 ingredients. Little smokies, puff pastry, an egg, and everything bagel seasoning.
Start by preheating the oven to 425°F (or whatever the instructions for the puff pastry are). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside. Then, cut the unbaked puff pastry into even rectangles, enough for all of the smokies (about 30-35).

Roll 1 smokie in each puff pastry rectangle. Place them seam side down onto the baking sheet at least once inch apart. Repeat for the rest of the smokies.
Next, brush the beaten egg over the top of each pig in the blanket. Then sprinkle each pone with everything bagel seasoning blend. Bake for about 25 minutes, or until pastry is puffed and golden brown. Serve up hot with your favorite dip!

- 1 12-ounce pack of little smokies
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
