This home has quite an interesting design and now, the rest of the world is finding out more about its shockingly high sales price.
This residence, which is located in Toronto, has been drawing all sorts of ire on TikTok as of late. The home has been listed for nearly $2 million in Canadian dollars, which equals out to roughly $1.5 million in US dollars.
So, why are people so up in arms about this one? A real estate agent recently posted the dwelling and asked their followers on TikTok if they thought that the property was worth the asking price. Of course, you know that the app had to spring into action right away and start weighing in. From the outside, the home looks to be modern and luxurious.
On the inside, things are sorely lacking and that’s why people do not believe that the home is worth this outrageous asking price.
“This is what $1.95 million buys you in Toronto,” said the video text. The kitchen has a boatload of counter space but that’s only because the sink is impossibly small. We highly doubt that you could even wash a single dish in there.
There’s no stove, no microwave and you would also have to buy your own fridge. The bedroom is inside of a bathroom, which makes no logical sense. There are multiple stories and a ton of space but the world of TikTok was thoroughly unimpressed.
The design is simply not convenient. We can see why people are just not happy with what they are looking at here.
The comments on this one are priceless. “Everyone’s talking about the toilet but there’s literally only a microwave in that kitchen,” said one viewer and we could not agree with them more. We are not sure why anyone would be willing to pay this much but at the end of the day, it is their money and not ours.
If that’s how they choose to spend it, that is on them. We cannot sit here and tell people how to spend their hard-earned millions.
All we know is that the person who ends up purchasing this home is going to have their work cut for them. Although, spending thousands extra to have the home that you want is probably not that much of a worry when you already have millions and millions of dollars to blow on this type of purchase!
