Ranch Spinach Dip

With a rating of 4.7 stars out of 5 this dip has proven to be a reader favorite. But, what makes this dip so special? Well some ranch seasoning for a start! Plus this one’s topped with gooey cheese for even more flavor. This dip is thick and is best served with some bread or another substantial dipper to hold up to the thickness.

“Brilliant” and “spectacular” were two words that taster Claudia used to describe this dip. Tasters all agreed this one had good flavor, but they also really liked the way that it looked with its golden brown baked top. They also loved the ranch seasoning in this one, which they dubbed “Midwestern spice”.

Four Onion Dip

If you love onions then this might just be the dip for you. It’s got green, white, yellow, and red onions and is baked to perfection. To balance out the onion flavor there’s also cream cheese, sour cream, and parmesan, too. This is incredibly creamy with just a hit of sweetness.

How did this dip fare against the others? Tasters were a little confused by the appearance and flavor of the dip. There are a lot of onions in this recipe, prompting the warning “If you don’t like onions you’re not gonna like this” from tester Mark. But, beyond that the appearance didn’t also entice our tasters. And, to top it off, they weren’t wild about the texture.

What did the chef think of this recipe? Well he couldn’t miss the onion flavor! Get the recipe here.

Cheesy Garlic Herb Dip

This one’s for all the garlic lovers out there! You know who you are. This dip was made for you since it’s got freshly minced garlic in the mix. It’s only 2 cloves so as to not be overpowering. But, if you really love garlic you could certainly add a little more. This dip is also quite creamy, with a generous amount of mozzarella cheese and some parmesan, too.

How did tasters react to this dip? Was it as garlicky as they were expecting? Chef Dom described this dip as a classic, but not everyone was sold on the thicker texture and herbal flavor. This recipe does have a hefty amount of rosemary in it, so you need to enjoy herbs to enjoy this dip. Overall there was a lot that the chef loved about this dip! Get the recipe here.
