Glitter may seem innocent but in reality? It is an absolute menace. As many of us already know, glitter is almost impossible to remove once you have gotten it into something.
One woman caught her ex “messaging other women” and she was not about to let the disrespect slide. It did not take long before she sprung into action. According to the New York Post, the woman found messages and photos from other women on his Apple Watch and knew that she had to do something.
She got her hands on some glitter and proceeded to douse all of his belongings in it. There was nothing sacred here. His clothes, his bed, and even his toothpaste were the target of her ire. Jade Butters, 23, went to great lengths to make sure that this man would rue the day that he crossed her. She spent about $20 on 82 tubes of glitter!
According to the New York Post, she said: “I know how glitter can get really annoying and I just thought it’d be a really good idea to spread it around his house.”
This prank is a harmless one and she chose it specifically because it would not cause “criminal damage.” The prank took place as a form of Christmas revenge when she went to get her stuff back from the cheating ex-boyfriend.
“At first, I thought I’d be grown up and the bigger person but after I’d done it I felt so proud,” she said, according to the outlet. “I can’t stop smiling when I think about it.”
The man’s belongings received more than just a light coating of glitter. She was sure to be as thorough as possible, making sure to put plenty of glitter in his pockets, shoes, drawers, bedding, washing machine and she was sure to remember his lube. That’s a level of attention to detail that we never thought possible.
