While there are a number of versions out there, they all seem to follow the same general template from what we have seen.
The ingredients should be easy enough for everyone to come by. If you have lemons or a lemon substitute, ice, water, sweetened condensed milk, and whipped cream, you are good to go.
To achieve the proper foamy consistency, you will need to have the right appliances, though, such as a full-size blender, an immersion blender, or a frother.
There are only a few basic steps that you have to follow, too. To get started, blend the lemon juice, sweetened condensed milk, and whipped cream together and add water if necessary.
