Making Mealtime Meaningful: Discover how we're giving back with the 12T Cares program →

There are a number of breakfast foods that are essentially glorified desserts. We are not complaining, though. If you are anything like us, you are about a half step away from baking a cake to eat for breakfast. Even pancakes feel like a bit of a cheat code. After all, the word “cake” is right in the name. Are you looking for a way to sneak in some extra sugar in the morning?

The good folks at Wal-Mart have definitely got you covered. They are now carrying a Funfetti flavored cereal and we only have one question about this news. What in the heck made them wait so long? We could have been eating this cereal for years now! The little balls in the cereal are chock full of sprinkles which lets you duplicate the Funfetti cake experience in your breakfast cereal bowl.

While we are already fantasizing about pouring ourselves a big bowl to go with our morning coffee, it will make for a great addition to any pantry, whether you are looking to spice up your breakfast or your next baking project. These tiny balls would look amazing on top of our next Funfetti cake or over ice cream, that is for sure.

Unfortunately, this cereal is sold out on the Wal-Mart website and we are not sure if your local store will be carrying it, so be sure to keep your eyes peeled the next time you are on a shopping trip. The cereal sells for just $3.64, so you can stock up as soon as you find it. Be sure to let your friends and loved ones know all about it. The Funfetti fans in your life deserve the chance to enjoy a special treat.
