A shipping container may seem like an odd place to live to a lot of people, but one man is making an awesome home out of it.

Once you see this man’s shipping container home, you won’t be able to contain your excitement (see what we did there)? These homes do not have very much square footage to offer but that does not mean that they are any less fun to live in.

Backcountry Containers shared photos of the container home on its Instagram and it’s a true charmer.

This particular container was painted fire-engine red and has all sorts of cool accents. Between the walk-out deck, rooftop patio, and wood shutters, we do not know where to start first.

The spaciousness really took us by surprise, if we are being fully honest. The rooftop deck would definitely be a good place for a cup of coffee. The outside is adorable, but wait until you see what the house looks like on the inside.

One-half of the tiny home has a small couch and a bed, providing a very comfortable seating area for anyone who stops by.

The TV has been mounted directly to the wall, which also helps to save a lot of space that can be used for additional activities.

An even greater amount of storage is provided by the closet area that is tucked behind the bedroom.

One thing is for sure: This house has to be seen to be believed!
