Ingredients
  • 4 boneless pork chops, about 1-inch thick
  • 1 (6 oz) box stuffing mix
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste
Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Prepare stuffing according to directions on box. Set aside to cool.
  3. Season pork with salt and pepper. Using a knife, create a pocket in each porch chop for the stuffing.
  4. Stuff each pork chop with 1/3 cup of stuffing and place in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Arrange any extra stuffing around pork.
  5. Top each pork chop with cream of mushroom soup.
  6. Bake until pork reaches 145°F, about 35 minutes. Enjoy!
