Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 cup whole egg mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons gochujang sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
  • Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Place all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and combine thoroughly with a large spoon or whisk. The mayo should quickly reach a bright orange color.
  2. Pour the Spicy Korean Mayo into your choice of container and serve immediately. The sauce can be refrigerated for up to 3 days, in an airtight container.
