Ingredients
  • 6-8 chicken drumsticks or thighs, about 3 pounds, skin removed
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flake
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, mix together the ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, red pepper flake, onion soup, mix until combined.
  2. Whisk cornstarch into water, then add to sauce mixture and stir to combine.
  3. Coat insert of slow cooker with nonstick spray, then arrange chicken in the crockpot. Pour soup mixture over chicken.
  4. Cook until chicken is cooked through, 5 hours on low or 3 hours on high. Enjoy!
