Ingredients
  • 1 lb baby potatoes
  • 2 ears corn, cut into 6 pieces
  • 1 lb mussels, debearded and scrubbed
  • 1 lb clams, scrubbed
  • 8 oz medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb andouille sausage, thinly sliced
  • 1 red onion, cut into wedges
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 lemons, halved
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish (optional)
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and grease a large rimmed baking sheet.
  2. Arrange potatoes and corn on baking sheet and bake until tender, 25-35 minutes.
  3. Remove baking sheet from oven, and add clams, mussels, shrimp, sausage, and onions to baking sheet.
  4. Stir together melted butter, garlic, and old bay seasoning and pour over sheet pan ingredients. Toss to combine.
  5. Spread out seafood and veggies and arrange lemons around pan. Return to oven and bake until clams have opened and shrimp is opaque, 12-18 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with additional melted butter, if desired. Enjoy!
