Ingredients
  • 1 prepared chocolate pie crust
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ⅔ cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2-3 ripe bananas, smashed
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 can crushed pineapples, drained
  • 1 cup cherry pie filling
  • Chocolate sauce, for garnish
  • Whipped cream, for garnish
  • Maraschino cherries, for garnish
  • Sprinkles
Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Mix cream cheese, vanilla extract, and sugar with an electric mixer until well combined. Add eggs, one at a time, and mix until well blended. Add sour cream and mashed bananas and stir to combine. Fold in crushed pineapple.
  3. Pour batter into prepared pie crust. Top with dollops of cherry pie filling and gently swirl around top of pie. Bake for 40 minutes then set on a wire rack to cool for 10 minutes. Refrigerate cooled cake for at least 2 hours.
  4. Prior to serving, topped with whipped cream, chocolate sauce, sprinkles, and a cherry on each slice. Enjoy!
