Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (3 oz) package raspberry jello

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 10-inch tube or bundt pan with nonstick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, sour cream, water, and eggs. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until creamy.
  3. Spoon 1/3 of the batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle with half of the jello powder. Top with another 1/3 of the batter and remaining jello powder. Top with remaining batter.
  4. Bake until cake springs back when lightly pressed, 45-50 minutes. Let cool in pan 5 minutes before removing to cool on a wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve. Enjoy!
