Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried chives
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into medium florets
  • freshly chopped parsley for garnish
Preparation
  1. Whisk together yogurt, mayonnaise, and spices. Pour 3/4 of the sauce over over cauliflower in large bowl. Reserve remaining ranch sauce.
  2. Toss cauliflower in ranch to coat each piece. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to marinate.
  3. Preheat oven to 400˚F. Add cauliflower to lined baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes.
  4. Transfer cauliflower to serving dish and sprinkle with parsley. Serve with remaining sauce to dip in.
