Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup honey or to taste
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup diced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • food coloring (optional)
Preparation
  1. In food processor combine yogurt and honey. Then mix in milk. Divide into 3 equal portions. Place 2 portions in refrigerator for later.
  2. Add strawberries to 1 portion of yogurt mixture in food processor. Pulse until smooth. Add red food coloring if desired. Pour into popsicle molds only to 1/3 full. Freeze for 1-2 hours.
  3. Add plain yogurt mixture to mold and freeze again. Freeze for 1-2 hours.
  4. Pulse together remaining yogurt with blueberries. Add blue food coloring if desired. Pour into molds and add sticks carefully. Freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
  5. To remove from molds place molds in warm (not hot) water to loosen them before gently pulling them from molds.
Adults love these pops as much as kids do!
