Ingredients
  • 4-6 ears corn on the cob, shucked
  • 4 tablespoons (1/4 cup) butter, softened
  • Kosher salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: cajun seasoning, garlic powder, cayenne pepper
Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Spread butter over corn. Season with salt and pepper. If using other seasonings, sprinkle over corn.
  3. Wrap each corn cob in foil, then place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake 25 minutes, turning corn half way through.
  5. Remove and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
No grill, no problem.
