Ingredients

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 480º F and prepare a greased parchment-lined 9x13 pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until thoroughly combined.
  3. Add melted butter, sugar, and salt to the mixture.
  4. Sift the flour into the mixture and continue to mix.
  5. Place the batter in a prepared 9x13 baking dish.
  6. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 430º F and let continue cooking for an additional 15 minutes or until deeply golden on top.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes. The pancake will deflate. Serve with a dollop of Greek yogurt, honey and good preserves. Enjoy!
