Ingredients
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8 ox) tub frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant lemon pudding
  • 1 (3 oz) box lime jello
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Zest of 1 lime, divided
  • Lime slices for garnish
  • Flake sea salt for garnish
Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, whisk the cream cheese until smooth. Add whipped topping and milk, whisk until combined.
  2. Add in pudding mix, jello powder, salt, and half of the lime zest and whisk for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Transfer to desired serving dish and chill for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Garnish with the rest of the lime zest, lime slices, and flake sea salt. Serve with pretzels, nilla wafers, or fruit.
