Ingredients
  • 1 (8 oz) round brie
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup real maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup pecans, roughly chopped
  • Sliced baguette or crackers, for serving
Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place brie in center and bake until soft, 15-20 minutes.
  3. When brie is done baking, transfer to a serving plate and let rest 20 minutes.
  4. While brie cools, make the topping:
  5. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Add sugar and maple syrup and stir until dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in pecans and cinnamon.
  6. Pour pecan sauce over the top of the brie. Serve with bread or crackers and enjoy!
