Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 350˚. Grease a 9x13 baking dish and line the bottom with the canned biscuits to create a bottom crust. Bake for 15-22 minutes or until just beginning to brown. Set aside when done.
2. In a large skillet combine beef and taco seasoning and cook until browned. Remove beef from pan and set aside.
3. In the same skillet sauté bell peppers and half the onions. Set aside.
4. In a medium bowl combine sour cream, half the cheese, and the rest of the onions.
5. Layer the beef on top of the biscuit crust, followed by the sliced tomatoes, and then the pepper and onion mixture, adding jalapeños on top of that. Add the sour cream mixture on top of the vegetables and top with remaining cheese.
6. Bake for 30-40 minutes until cheese is beginning to brown on the edges. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
