  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2/3 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus extra for garnish
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil

Preparation
  1. Boil green beans in salted water for 4 minutes, then remove to cold water.
  2. Toast garlic and chili in the same pot, then stir in breadcrumbs, parmesan, and herbs.
  3. Toss green beans in and stir.
