Ingredients

  • 1/2 head cabbage, shredded
  • 8 oz shredded carrots (about 3 carrots)
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder, or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  1. Combine cabbage and carrots in large bowl. In smaller whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, whipping cream, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  2. Pour dressing over salad and toss well to fully coat each piece. Allow to sit in refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving for flavors to combine.
  3. Serve cold and keep any leftovers in refrigerator.
