Ingredients
  • 16 oz egg noodles, cooked and drained
  • 1 (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 2 ½ tablespoons poppy seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Hot sauce to taste (1-3 teaspoons)
  • 1 (8 oz) tub cottage cheese
  • 1 ½ cups sour cream
  • ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • Additional poppyseeds for topping
Preparation
  1. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, broth, poppy seeds, worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and hot sauce. Mix until smooth.
  4. Add cottage cheese, sour cream, and cooked noodles to the bowl and mix until well combined.
  5. Transfer noodle mixture to the prepared baking dish and sprinkle parmesan cheese and additional poppy seeds on top.
  6. Cover dish with foil and bake for 40- 50 minutes. Cook uncovered for the last few minutes if you want to top extra crispy.
