Ingredients
  • 4 oz dried beef
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons half and half
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup pecans halves
Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté pecans in butter until toasted, 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add dried beef, green onions, garlic, half and half, and stir to combine.
  4. Transfer to a baking dish and top with toasted pecans. Bake until hot and bubbly, about 20 minutes.
  5. Let rest 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
