Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste.
Preparation
  1. In a blender combine sesame seeds, soy sauce, mustard, and garlic powder.
  2. Blend until smooth, about 15 to 30 seconds of blending.
  3. Pour the sauce into a small saucepan set over medium heat. Add in heavy cream.
  4. Cook until below a simmer, you donโ€™t want to boil the sauce, cook for only 2 to 3 minutes. Add black pepper or salt, if desired. Pour into a serving dish and serve warm or cold.
