Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons neutral oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
  • 9 to 10 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 1/2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
  1. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Once hot, add in oil and salt, tossing to combine.
  3. Reduce the heat to medium and add in the garlic, cooking until golden crispy and fragrant.
  4. Add in rice and break apart any big chunks.
  5. Once the rice is properly mixed with the oil and garlic let it sit on the heat for 4 to 5 minutes, giving a good crispy texture to some of the rice. Break it apart and season with more salt if needed. add in black pepper. Serve warm and enjoy!
