Ingredients

  • 4 cups corn Chex cereal
  • 4 cups rice Chex cereal
  • 2 cups mini pretzel twists
  • 2 cups bagel chips
  • 1 cup cashew pieces
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup dill pickle juice
  • 1 (1 oz) package ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 250°F and line two rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. To a very large bowl, add crackers, corn Chex, rice Chex, pretzels, bagel chips, and cashews.
  3. In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter, dill, garlic powder, pickle juice, ranch seasoning, and vinegar. Pour over Chex mixture and stir well to combine.
  4. Transfer Chex mixture to baking sheets and spread out in a single layer.
  5. Bake until golden brown and crispy, 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. Let cool completely before serving. Enjoy!
