Ingredients
  • 6-8 ears corn on the cob
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Other seasonings, as desired
Preparation
  1. Pour 2/3 cup water in the bottom of a 6-qt slow cooker.
  2. Shuck corn and break in half, if desired. Toss corn with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt.
  3. Arrange corn in the slow cooker, cover, and cook until corn is bright yellow, 2-3 hours on high.
  4. Add butter, season with salt and pepper, and toss to coat. Add other seasonings as desired and serve. Enjoy!
