Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup butter, plus more for greasing
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup cranberries
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F and grease a 9x9-inch baking pan with butter.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Add chocolate chips and stir until melted.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Let cool a bit, then whisk in eggs, followed by flour and salt.
  5. Stir in cranberries and pecans and pour into prepared baking pan. Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean, 28-30 minutes. Enjoy!
