Ingredients
  • 1 lb. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 green onions, sliced thin
  • 1 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 8 oz. imitation crab meat
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 2/3 cup thai sweet chili sauce.
For wonton chip:
  • 12 oz. wonton wrappers, cut in triangles
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • Olive oil spray
Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425° F and prepare two parchment-lined sheet trays.
  2. Arrange wonton triangles along both trays and spray with olive oil. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake until the chips are golden, 12 - 14 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, garlic, green onion, Worcestershire, crab, and mozzarella cheese. Scoop the mixture into a 9x9 square or circular pan and bake at 350° F for 22 - 25 minutes.
  4. Remove hot dip from the oven and finish with sweet chili sauce. Let the dip cool for at least 5 minutes then go in!
